About Plastic Surgery AI

Plastic Surgery AI is a mobile app that shows a realistic AI preview of an aesthetic procedure on your own photo, so you can walk into a consultation with a clearer picture of what you are asking for.

What the app does

You upload a front or profile photo and choose a procedure: rhinoplasty, smile design, hair transplant, jawline, chin, cheeks, brows, eyelids, under-eye, facelift, skin analysis or a full-face "Glow Up". The app keeps your face, lighting and framing and changes only the treated area. You can generate a report to bring to your surgeon. It is available for iOS on the App Store and Android on Google Play; it is free to try, with credits and a subscription for more previews and reports.

What the previews are not

An AI preview is a visualization, not a prediction. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a candidacy assessment or a promise of a surgical result. Real outcomes depend on anatomy, technique and healing, which only a qualified, board-certified surgeon can assess in person. We say this in the app, on every blog post and here because we mean it.

Who makes it

Plastic Surgery AI is built by a small independent team of app developers. We are not surgeons and we do not run or represent a clinic, so we do not take referral fees and we do not recommend individual doctors. Our interest is simple: a better-prepared patient has a better conversation with their surgeon.

The blog

The blog publishes English guides on rhinoplasty and face procedures, consultation preparation, recovery timelines and how AI previews work. Articles are researched from professional and clinical sources, which are linked in each post, and are reviewed for the same boundary as the app: general education, never individual medical advice. Each article ends with a FAQ and is also available as Markdown by adding .md to its address; the whole site is summarised for AI assistants at /llms.txt.

Privacy in one paragraph

Photos are processed only to generate your preview and are never used to train AI models. You can delete any analysis, or your whole account, inside the app. The full policy is at /privacy and the terms at /terms.
